Sleep support that works for your family.

Sleep problems can affect the whole family. Whether you're dealing with bedtime battles, frequent waking, early starts or a child who struggles to settle, we'll work together to understand what's happening and find realistic solutions that fit your child and your family.

What can we help with?

Every child sleeps differently, and sleep difficulties can look very different from one family to another. We can help you understand what's happening and find an approach that works for your child and your family.

Bedtimes & Settling

    • Bedtime battles
    • Taking a long time to fall asleep
    • Needing a parent present to fall asleep
    • Difficulty settling independently

Night-time Sleep

    • Frequent night waking
    • Long periods awake during the night
    • Nightmares or night terrors
    • Night-time fears

Naps & Daytime Sleep

    • Refusing naps
    • Short or inconsistent naps
    • Moving between cot and bed
    • Dropping naps

Early Waking & Routines

    • Very early starts
    • Routines that have stopped working
    • Changes in schedule
    • Jet lag or time changes

And if your problem doesn't fit neatly into one of these boxes, that's absolutely fine. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you work out what support might be right for your family.

1. Tell us what’s happening

Book your initial consultation and tell us about your child, their sleep, your current routine and what you’d like to change.

2. We create a plan together

We’ll look at what may be contributing to the problem and agree realistic changes that suit your child, your family and your parenting approach.

3. We support you through it

You won’t be handed a generic sleep plan and left to get on with it. We’ll support you while you put the changes into practice and adapt the approach if needed.
